He was predeceased by: his sisters-in-law, Carla Barr and Melissa Watson; and his father-in-law Carl Barr. He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel and Debra; his significant other Joyce Ellen Barr; his sons, Anthony (Tony), Matt (Staci) of Des Moines and Tony of Norwalk; his parents, Don and Judi of Libertyville; his siblings, Dan (Dena) of Birmingham and Deb of Libertyville; his mother-in-law Judy Callen (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Nancy Cline (Carlos) and Gary Watson; his son Brandon; and his pet Nellie. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials are made, in Scott's memory, to the Iowa Make-a-Wish Foundation, 3009 100th Street, Urbandale IA 50322, or to the family for donation allocation.
