She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Yohe and Jessie Yohe (Scott); her husband Robert Bernstein; her siblings, Dorothy Caster and Robert Yohe; her grandson Cory Cosgrove; and her nephews, Bill Yohe, Dennis Caster and Ron Clester.
She is survived by: her former husband Delbert Muilenburg; her daughters, Linda Marshall (Bill) of Henderson, NV and Nancy Benge (Jesse) of Norwalk, IA; her grandchildren, Shireen Carter of Norwalk, IA and Justin Frazier (Jonalyn) of Henderson, NV; her great grandchildren, Alexis Hutchins of Norwalk, IA and Aiden Frazier of Henderson, NV; her nephew Fred Yohe; and her niece Jennifer Yenger.
According to the rules put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health, proper social distancing and reasonable personal protective equipment is advised for attending a religious public event.
A memorial has been established to the Animal Humane Society.
