She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Aline Louise Phillips (Hansard); and her brothers, Larry and John Jr. To. She is survived by: her husband Jon Joseph Latham of Oelwein; her daughter Jill Engels (Shawn) of Tipton; and her granddaughter Finley Engels of Tipton.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings and the recent surge in the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask at the funeral home.
