He is survived by: his mother Lana Higgins (Garcia) of Oelwein; his former spouse Alisha Saunders; his sons, Jett Higgins of Oelwein and Devin Higgins of Oelwein; his father Roger Higgins of Independence; his partner Ryan Brewer of Oelwein; his siblings, Nikki Higgins (Mikayla) of Mankato, Minnesota, Matthew Higgins (Anna) of Oelwein and Rory Higgins (Malinda) of Swisher; his grandmother Eileen Higgins-Long of Winthrop; and his nephew Maxwell Higgins.
