He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Barker and Sylvia Barker (Wheeler); his former life partners, Laura Eick and Pearl Moore; his siblings, Donald Barker, Tim Barker, Jeff Barker and Pat Wagner; his siblings-in-law, Rita Barker, Lorna Barker and Todd Walters; and his grandson Nathanial Doty.

He is survived by : his wife Annette Lausier-Johnson; his children, Valerie Schaedel, Linda Roland, Joseph Barker, Julie Evans, Jennifer Dison, Sarah Johnson and Brian Johnson; his siblings, Kenneth Barker, Monte Barker (Sue), Pam Walters, Bryan Barker (Sheryl), Bruce Barker (Deb), Hal Barker (Joelyn), Judith Barker, Bob Barker (Sherri) and Cindy Walters; and his close friend Al Hendershott.
