She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Payne and Leota Payne (Sickles); her husband Joseph Rubino; her son-in-law William Gollam; and her siblings, Donna White, Jean Kisner and Jack Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Rubino (Diane) of Fairbank, IA, Gary Rubino (Sharon) of Oelwein, IA, Janis Gollam (William) of Walsenburg, CO and Mari Wiltse (Mo) of Fort Mohave, AZ; her sister Karen Bebe; and her half-sisters, Sandy Kingery and Theresa Payne. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
