It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Bentley of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Oran, Iowa, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Bentley and Barbara Nichols; his grandparents, Edna and Richard Brickman; and his close friend Eileen Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Lonna Bentley and Lief Bentley; and his siblings, Mary Beth Guillaume (Clyde) and Mitchel Strang.
Due to state and federal guidelines on gatherings regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing is required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
