She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Hara and Marguerite O'Hara (Kirby); her sister Kay Liebe; and her sister-in-law Joan O'Hara. She is survived by: her former husband John Logan; her children, Jamie Logan (Mandy) of Oelwein, Jodi Logan (Arnold) of Cedar Falls, Joe Logan (Carolina) of Florida and Jeremy Logan (Jean) of Oelwein; her brothers, Jack O'Hara (Zeta) of Minnesota, Don O'Hara of Oelwein, Billy O'Hara (Shirley) of Des Moines and Pete O'Hara (Lori) of California; and her brother-in-law Chub Liebe.
