She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Potratz and Josephine Potratz (Fossen); her husband John Lalk; her siblings, Burnita Menke (Milton) and Orval Potratz (Variena); and her sister-in-law Ruth Potratz.
She is survived by: her brother Dr. Willis Potratz; her children, Donna Kee (Scott) of Bourbonnais, IL, Dennis Lalk (Gail) of Morristown, NJ and Christine Leyh (Terry) of Sumner, IA.; her grandchildren, Rachel Kee, Ryan Kee (Emily), Lauren Kee, Ellen Lalk, Rebecca Lalk, Joshua Leyh (Emily) and Josie Leyh; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Leyh, Evan Leyh and Leanna Kee. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Samaritan's Purse or St. Croix Hospice of Charles City.
