He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Fairley and Dorothy Fairley (Worden); and his daughter Deb Harris. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Butterfield; and his children, Sheryll Miller of Davenport, Cindy Albaugh (Jim) of Tipton, Lisa Klein (Dave) of Hale and Doreen Voss (Bruce) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
