He was predeceased by : his father LeRoy Tinnes; his son Zachary Tinnes; and his grandparents, Darlene Wheaton, Dale and Opal Leoffler.
He is survived by : his mother Sandra Tinnes (Leoffler) of Washington; his wife Kimberlea Tinnes of Ollie; his children, Jeromy Tinnes (Amber Baker) of Ollie and Shannon Tinnes (Brandon Yates) of Ollie; and his siblings, Dale Tinnes (Gail) of Wellman, Larry Tinnes of Keota, Sandy Tinnes of Keota and Marcy Hagans (Rick) of Washington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
