It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Aloha South of Onawa, Iowa, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Virgil Dewey and Nellie Irene Wyland (Kaehlar); her husband Dennis South; her sons, Richard Eugene and Darrell LeRoy; and her brothers, Virgil Wyland, Leo Wyland, Vernon Wyland, Rex Wyland and Wayne Wyland.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Wayne (Karen) of Castana and Jason Lynn (Stacy Blochlinger) of Onawa, Iowa; her grandchildren, Dennis Andrew (Sara), Katherine Louise Young (Alex), Zachary Lynn, Zoe Ray, Jessica Ann, Virginia Marie, Sarah Lynn and Jacob Russell; and her sister Arvilla Altemier (Leo) of Grinnell, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
