With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Fredrickson of Onawa, Iowa, born in Little Sioux, Iowa, who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Fredrickson (Overholser); his parents, Herald Marion and Bessie Mildred Fredrickson (Hansen); and his parents-in-law, Carlton Wayne and Judith Louise Overholser (Clayton).
He is survived by: his children, Alice Marie (Dennis) of Onawa, David Fredrickson (Lynn) of Onawa and Linda Cole (Marvin, Jr.) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jennifer Parr, Curtis Parr (Shelbi), Justin Parr, Jeremy Parr (River Wait), Christopher Parr (Hannah Perry), Adam Parr (Jenna Handbury), Michele Fredrickson (Jacob Lee), Alex Fredrickson, Amber Cole and Eric Cole (Amanda); his great grandchild Barrett Parr; and his sister Doris Werning (Wilfred) of Van Horne, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
