She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rolph and Irene Rolph (Wallis); her son David G. McNeill, II; her siblings, Kathryn Oaks (Mel), Alvena Phillips (Paul), Lois Miller (Jack), Norman Rolph (Marsha) and Gordon Rolph (Charlotte); her sister-in-law Lorna Rolph; and her former husband David G. McNeill.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Carroll (Dennis) of Kansas City, Donald McNeill (Ava) of Bow, Kathleen Steffes (John) of Carroll and Millie McNeill-Wiemeri (Bill) of Champlin, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Jason, Brian, Kevin, Farrah, Rory, Johnny, Robby, Annie, Lexi and Austin; her great grandchildren, Alora, Oliver, Grayson, Jacire, Logan, Levi and Addyson; her siblings, Colleen Vaughn (Mike) and Wally Rolph; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Rolph. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
