It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Elaine Norris of Osceola, Iowa, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Waldo Lovall Rayburn and Ruby Frances Graham Rayburn. She is survived by : her husband George Norris of Osceola; her children, Michael Norris (Amy) of Waukee, Keri Kennedy and Kelsi Norris (Jon Guzman) of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Eliana, Evan, Elias Norris of Waukee, Winry and Aurelia Kennedy; her sisters, Joy Howe (Dale) of Des Moines and Joyce McClellan (Don) of Des Moines; and her siblings-in-law, Frank LePera of Urbandale, Glenn Norris of Johnston, Shelley Mason (Phil) of Diagonal and Vicki Norris of Chariton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a host of relatives, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial contributions to be directed to the Animal Rescue Leaque in Des Moines.
