She was predeceased by: her parent Ava Gordon; her grandparents, Delores Gordon and Benjamin Franklin Gordon II; and her aunt Iris Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Tarhea Hughes of Springfield, Darius Fane of Oskaloosa, Darryl Fane of Oskaloosa, Iyona Stewart of Oskaloosa, Cameron Gordon of Oskaloosa and Destiny Gordon of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Zuri Gene, Jiraiaya Fane and Trayvon Harryman; her brothers, Kwame Smith of Des Moines and Benjamin Oluwajimi Gordon of Chicago; and her uncle Anthony.
