She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Worth and Lucille Worth (Covey); her stepfather Lewis Conder; and her sons, Floyd and Matthew.
She is survived by : her children, Cassandra of Cedar Rapids and Douglas (Susie) of Apache Junction, AZ; her grandson Blake of West Liberty; and her sister Georgia Brown (Roger) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
