He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester A. Sr. Gillen and Margaret L. Gillen (Forney); and his brothers, John and Jim Gillen. He is survived by : his siblings, Judy Richards (Edward) of Ottumwa, IA and Chester Gillen Jr. of Blakesburg, IA; his close friend Doug Harrington; and also, Jerry and Skyler Stoltz (Harrington). He is also survived by nephew; and several cousins and good friends.
