He was predeceased by : his parents, John Clarence and Lela Foreman (Wheeler); his great grandchild Cloe Chandler; and his siblings, Jack Foreman, Gerald Foreman and Betty Jean.

He is survived by : his wife JoAnn; his sons, Kevin Foreman and Larry Matthues; his grandchildren, Dakota Foreman, Breanna Foreman and Kelsie Matthues; his great grandchild Phoenix Thomas; and his brothers, Leroy Foreman, Grady Foreman and Billy Foreman.
