She was predeceased by: her parents, August Krabbenhoft and Elsie Krabbenhoft; her husband Charles Franck; her great grandchild Bellamy DeWulf; and her half-sister Beverly Fehrman.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Franck of Bend, OR, Allen Franck (Theresa) of Albany, IL, Kari Franck (James Hinzmann) of Dyersville, IA, Judy Ahrens (Albert) of Joshua and Shirley Deering (Jay) of Graham, WA; her grandchildren, Tyler Franck, Tonya Paschal, Edward Nadolskey, Stephany Dudley, Bethany Nadolskey, Debra Whitmier, Kody Franck, Kourtney Denniston, Samantha DeWulf and Kayden Franck Rigg (Gary Ahrens); her half-brother Robert Krabbenhoft; her nieces, Betty Stapleton and Cathey Krabbenhoft; and her nephew Donald Krabbenhoft. She is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (403 Pleasant St, Lost Nation, IA 52254). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Stella Mae Franck memorial fund has been established.
