He was predeceased by : his parents, Neal Osborn and Evelyn Osborn (Ford); and his pet Tank. He is survived by : his wife Marilou; his children, Kristyn Cleveland (Curt) of Cedar Rapids, Chad Osborn (Jennifer) of Marengo, Colleen Garcia (Ken) of Oxford and Dana Osborn (Justin Jones) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Cade Osborn, Coby Osborn, Hannah Jackson, Jaelynn Osborn, Jaxon Osborn, Jentzen Jones, Jordan Garcia, Kyle Cleveland, Kahner Cleveland and Kimberly Benesh; and his sisters, Terrie Bahndorf (Darrell) of Cedar Rapids and Elizabeth "Tuddy" Adamson of Altoona.

Instead of flowers or plants, memorial donations may be directed to the American Lung Association and/or the American Cancer Society.
