She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony Henry and Mary Ellen Harney (Ford); her husband Gerald J. Quinlan; her siblings, Marjorie Weldon (Harold), James (Anne) and John Harney; her daughter-in-law Jean Quinlan; her grandson Ryan Quinlan; and her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Sippy (Kenneth), Eileen Grooms (Leonard) and Francis Sippy.

She is survived by : her children, Tony Quinlan (Marilee) of Coralville, Bill Quinlan of Oxford, Tom Quinlan (Rachel) of Oxford, Katie Villhauer (Jim) of Oxford and Suzy Quinlan of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Steven, Levi Quinlan, AJ, Jerry Quinlan, Nick (Hannah), Wes Quinlan, Jenny Ball, Matt, Dillon (Jordan) and Molly Villhauer; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Boyd, Blayke, Donovan, Dalya, Drayce and Bennett; her sisters, Jane Olson (Keith) and Elizabeth Harney; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Ann Sippy and Larry Quinlan (Jean). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mary Quinlan Memorial Fund.
