She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Raphael Hennes and Alberta Hennes (Bauer); her husband Marcus Villhauer; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Hennes; her nephew John Michael Hennes; and her great-niece Hannah Marie Hennes.

She is survived by : her children, Amy Berg (Earl) of Oxford, Tom Villhauer (Denise) of Oxford, Ken Villhauer of West Branch, Jim Villhauer (Katie) of Oxford and John Villhauer (Emily) of Tipton; and her brother Jim Hennes (Margaret) of Oxford. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the Mary "Ann" Villhauer Memorial Fund has been established.
