We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Norma Jean La Rue in Oxford, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Retherford and Edna Retherford (Younker); her brother Donald Retherford; and her grandson Alex La Rue. She is survived by : her husband Larry La Rue; her sons, Rod La Rue (Deb), Bruce La Rue, Warren La Rue (Susan) and Ken La Rue (Shannon); her grandchildren, Greg La Rue (Kristen Liebert), Eric La Rue (Ashley), Isaac La Rue, Cooper La Rue, Julia La Rue and Breanna Smith (Bret); and her great grandchild Gavin La Rue.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's name can be made to the First Baptist Church which will be used for Operation Christmas Child (Samaritans' Purse).
