It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Eldon Diekman of Parkersburg, Iowa, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Effie Diekman (Niederhoff) and Harm Diekman; his siblings, Marianne Kiewiet and Raymond Diekman; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Brocka and Sharon Bartels.
He is survived by : his wife Erma Faye Mennen of Parkersburg; his children, David Diekman of Sparta and Darci Best (Todd); his grandchildren, Jodi Best, Eric Best (Monae), Katy Shier (John) and Ryan Best (Kelly); his brother Gene Diekman (Teri) of Seattle, Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Kiewiet of Reinbeck, Iowa, Marjorie Junker of Jesup, Shirley Lupkes of Parkersburg, Janice Johnson of Parkersburg, Glenda Vander Holt of Parkersburg, Carol Aukes (Wayne) of Wellsburg, Judy Pruisner (Larry) of Parkersburg and Kathy Koppendryer (Larry) of Waverly. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
