Joyce Brocka Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Brocka of Parkersburg, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Echo G. and Gladys Mennen (Gieken); her sister Sharon Bartles; her great grandchild Hadley Rogers; and also Kelly Arjes.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Brocka; her children, Randy Brocka (Kim) of Parkersburg, Renise Frey (Bryan) of Ackley and Jason Brocka of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Elicia Luhring (Chris), Natalie Rogers (Derek), Riley Brocka (Haley), Bridget Leerhoff (Nathan), Brooke Onken (Jon), Brent Frey and Brady Frey; and her sisters, Marjorie Junker of Jesup, Erma Diekman (Clarence) of Parkersburg, Shirley Lupkes of Parkersburg, Janice Johnson of Parkersburg, Glenda Vanderholt of Parkersburg, Carol Aukes (Wayne) of Wellsburg, Judy Pruisner (Larry) of Parkersburg and Kathy Koppendryer (Larry) of Waverly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
