Karla Kae Beckman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karla Kae Beckman of Parkersburg, Iowa, born in Plainfield, Iowa, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Brase and Mardell Brase (Meyer); and her sister Connie Franzen. She is survived by : her former life partner Kenneth Beckman; her husband Ken of Parkersburg; her son Justin Beckman (Jessica) of Shell Rock; and her siblings, Kathy Calease (Jerry) of Waverly, Gary Brase (Rhonda) of Plainfield and Terry Brase (Deb) of Nashua. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cedar Bend Humane Society or to the family for a memorial bench to be placed in the church cemetery.
