He was predeceased by : his parents, George H. Johnson and Johannah Johnson (Johnson); his brothers, Walter Johnson (Caroline) and DeWayne Johnson (Darlene); his son-in-law Louie Cox; and his great grandchild Kendal Cox.
He is survived by : his former life partner Janet Elaine DeGroot; his wife Jan Johnson; his children, Scott Johnson (Stacy) of Hartford, IA, Sandy Cox of Parkersburg and Sara Johnson of Dyer, IN; his grandchildren, Brady McFarland, Annika Johnson, Channing Johnson, Derek Johnson, Shannon Cox, Megan Kalkwarf (Erik), Dakota Cox and Dexter Cox; and his great grandchildren, Braedyn, Jaxon, Adaliyah, Braxton and Isabella.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
