She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Kampman and Anna Kampman (Van Horn); her husband John Asche; her daughter-in-law Dolly Asche; her granddaughter-in-law Sherri Asche; her siblings, Chris, Willie, Harvie, Robert Kampman, Fannie Lubben, Alma Studnicka, Arlene Gentz and Anne Orr; her nieces and nephews, Vernon Kampman, Merlin Gentz, Sharon Kampman, Colette Swieter and Christine Recker; and her great-nephew Clay DeBuhr.
She is survived by : her stepchildren, Larry Asche (Lois) of Parkersburg and Betty McCandless (Tim) of Greene, Iowa; her stepgrandchildren, Kelly Russell (Ryan), Greg Asche, Tonya Frank (Matt), Teresa Wielenga (Jason), John McCandless (Carolyn) and Ben McCandless (Jill); her brother Albert Kampman, Jr. of Cedar Falls, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Orr of Aplington, Aleasa Kampman and Marjorie Kampman. She is also survived by 20 step great grandchildren; three step great great grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time.
