He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Avery and Generose Ann Haylock (Rutenbeck); his siblings, Sandra House, Judy Hansen and James Haylock; and his half-siblings, Betty Simmons, Lloyd Haylock and Wayne Haylock.
He is survived by : his wife Jean Haylock of Parkersburg, Iowa; his daughters, Kimberly Allan (Clint) of Tulsa, Kelly Harrison (Mick) and Kristin Hornbuckle of Parkersburg, Iowa; his brother Charles Haylock (Kimberly) of Oregon City, Oregon; his grandchildren, Adrienne Allan, Garrett Allan, Christopher Harrison (Danielle), John Harrison, Madison Harrison, McKenzie Harrison, Parker Harrison and Alex Hornbuckle (Baby Jane); and his great grandchildren, Jane Harrison and Archer Harrison.
