He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. Teeple and Mary K. Teeple (Bellows); his wife Margaret "Sue" White; and his brother Charles Teeple. He is survived by : his nephews, Jeff Teeple (Patricia) of Fort Wayne and David Teeple (Tamara) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his niece Gina Cisneros (Rich) of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In lieu of flowers, a Tom Teeple Memorial Fund has established at MidWestOne Bank, 1001 Highway 57, Parkersburg, Iowa 50665.
