He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Schnoes and Kathryn Schnoes (Schwarz); and his siblings, Kathleen Pawlowski, Elsie Albers, Bertha Dykstra, Esther Malcom, Frank and John Schnoes.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Stoever; his children, DaNita (Tim Patrick), Deanne (Larry Hoger), Danny (Connie Schnoes), Doug (Pam Schnoes) and Daryl Schnoes of Paullina; his grandchildren, Andrea Nielsen (Curtis), Paul Vincent (Clarice), Kayla Koster (Adam), Logan Patrick, Holly Klink (Bill), Levi Hoger (Ashley), Hope McDonald (Brian), Dylan Hoger, Luke Hoger (Delancey), Whitney Asche (Justin), Jordan Schnoes (Alexandra), Morgan Schnoes, Paige Anderson (Nick), Abby Schnoes, Colin Schnoes, Allison Huebner (Sean) and Amy Strohm (Zach); his great grandchildren, Faye, Ellison, Dayvian, Adalya, Rilynn, Jarome, Jaylah, Karl, Landan, Ronin, Reina, Wade, Brynn, Samson, Avery, Lincoln, Adelayde, Beckham, Reagan, William, Chloe, Evan, Caleb, Natalie, Emily, Henry and Jack; and his sister Maggie Ehlers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
