He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Hileman (Van Dyk) of Pella and Jesse Duinink of Pella; his siblings, Courtney, Brayden and Kiaya; his stepbrothers, Josh (Kailyn) and Lucas (Bethany); his grandparents, Obie, Jan Van Dyk of Pella, Donna Palmer of Pella and Dixie Duinink of Pella; his aunt Jayme; and his uncle Stacy Duinink of Pella.
