He is survived by: his former spouse Arla Tibboel; his child Chadrick James; his wife Mary Bloodsworth; his children, Shannan Duenwald (Tom) of Pella and Chad Rietveld (Laura) of Leighton; his stepdaughters, Amanda Buwalda (Nick) of Arizona and April Molyneux (Matt) of Rose Hill; his grandchildren, Luke, Erin Duenwald, Sidona Buwalda, Kaitlyn and Kennedy Molyneux; his sisters, Judi Raterink (Darryl) of Holland and Phyllis De Reus of Pella; and his brother-in-law Jeff Laughlin of Davenport.
