It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of June J. Biehn (Pella, Iowa), born in Fremont, Iowa, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Sr. and Claira Leona Curtis (Zuercher); her husband Ernest Biehn; her sisters, Joan Dean, Nellie Tackett and Janice Miller; her stepfather Rayford Beason; her brothers-in-law, Donald Dean, Bob Miller, Melvin Riley and Otis Tackett; and her daughter-in-law Venetia Biehn.
She is survived by: her children, James Biehn (Becky) of Indianola, Anna Clark (Dan "Bear") of New Sharon, Darrell J. Biehn of Ottumwa and Mary Shives (Chris) of Pella; and her siblings, John Curtis Jr. of Oskaloosa and Mary Riley of University Park. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions put in place by the Iowa Department of Public Health to help stop the spread of COVID-19, the family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the family to be decided at a later date.
