He is survived by: his children, Mary, Matt and Martha; his wife Dot; his siblings, Harriet Van Zante of Pella, Carolyn Vos (Harold) of Pella, Anna Mae Rouw of Pella and Ray De Vries (Carol) of St. Louis, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth De Cook of Des Moines and Mark De Cook (Kay) of Pella.
