He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerrit Vis, Grace Vis, Abe Zwarte and Cobie De Zwarte. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie, Jayne and Amy; his wife Melissa; his parents, Marvin Zwarte of Pella and Mary De Zwarte of Pella; his sisters, Gayle Wyma, Roger Wyma of Knoxville, Sandy Schippers and Mike Schippers of Monroe; and also, Julie Keegel, Mike Vander Hoek, Pella Taylor Keegel Madison and Des Moines Jawnica Long.
