He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Schuring and Henrietta Schuring (Kelderman); his sisters, Mary Lou, Beatrice Van Howeling and Jennie Breen; his son Rodger Duane Schuring; his granddaughter Rachel Renae Schuring; and his son-in-law David Hanna.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Elaine Mathes; and his siblings, Henrietta Van Englehoven, Henry Schuring and Kenneth Schuring. He is also survived by six children, 35 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren.
