She was predeceased by: her husband Roland; her parents, Henry Zwarte and Dorothy De Zwarte; and her parents-in-law, Gerrit Eysink and Rosetta Eysink.
She is survived by: her children, Stan Eysink of Pella, Carla Eysink of Pella, Sheryl England of Pella and Terry England of Pella; her grandchildren, Lance Eysink of Pella, Kelly Johnson and Curtis Johnson of Webster City; her great grandchildren, Aubree Johnson and Hadlee Johnson; and her sister Junella De Goey.
