He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wiley and Florence Smith Wiley; his wife Carolyn; and his sisters, Dorothy Strong and Norma Harris.
He is survived by: his son Doug Wiley (Kelly) of Pella; his grandchildren, Shawn Wiley of Pella, Rachel Parker (Tyler) of Pella and David Wiley of Pella; his great grandchildren, Merrick Parker of Pella and Emmitt Parker of Pella; and his siblings, Jack Wiley (Janet) of Bonner Springs, Clyde Wiley (Mary) of Newton and Joyce Rieman of Oskaloosa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Liberty Orphanage through the Liberty Evangelical Free Church in Pella.
