He is survived by: his parent Eufimo Madriaga; his wife Stephanie; his children, Preston, Raven and Alexander Madriaga; his granddaughter Avalon Madriaga; his brothers, Brian, Edgar, Eric and Elbert; his aunt Lori; and his uncle Gary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a future designation.
