She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Corbus and Pearl Allshouse Corbus; her former husband Victor Zike; her aunt Gladys (Allshouse); her uncle Warren Laird; her cousin Richard Laird; and her nephew Greg Morford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carole (Roger Custer) and Susan Zike; her grandchildren, Whitney Custer (Loren Brockhouse) and Melissa Koch Wittman (Travis); her great grandchildren, Maxwell Custer Davis, Maggie, Stella and Lyla Wittman; her niece Claudia Hoskins (Frank); her nephew Brad Morford (Michelle); and her close friend Doyce Pitsenbarger.
Due to current COVID social gathering restrictions, a memorial service in Perry, Iowa, to celebrate Kay's life will be held at a later date.
