He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hannable and Anne Iola Utsler (Howard); and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Deatsch and Renie Kagarice. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Mae Utsler of Peru; his children, Julie Wilson (Willie), Lynn Wildin (Rick Thornburg), Alan Utsler (Sharray) and DeAnn Harvey-Lowden (Blaine); his siblings, Donna Deatsch, Larry Utsler (Micki) and Rex Utsler (Karen); his sister-in-law Tamara Kagarice; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Miller, Travis Miller, Alyssa Wilson, Jayden Wildin, Nathan Utsler, Kaitlyn Newbury, Colton Newbury, Emma Lowden, Ava Lowden and Nora Lowden.
