She is survived by: her husband Wendell Caulkins; her daughters, Rhonda Heaberlin, Susan Heaberlin and Beth Wall (Jeff); her stepchildren, Todd Caulkins, Terri Boggess (Steve) and Nicole Sample (Joe); her grandchildren, Denise Scovel, Jessica Hofer and Michael Achenbach; her stepgrandchildren, Abigail, Amelia Boggess, Noah, Brailin, Eva Sample and Alisa Smith; her great grandchildren, Riley and Hailey Stelly; her stepgrandchildren, Adriene, Alisa Scovel, Brooklynn, Carlee, Emilie Audas, Elijah Sleeth, Tyler, Everleigh and Teresa Achenbach; and her siblings, Richard Hunter, Gary Fisher and Barbara Marchant (Gary).
