With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie J. DeWall of Pocahontas, Iowa, who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Gannon and Gladys Gannon (Steiner); her husband A. Byron DeWall; her grandson Andrew Poppen; and her siblings, Gwen Stokes, Francis, Bill and John Gannon.
She is survived by : her children, John DeWall (Kay) of Pocahontas, Jean Poppen (Steve) of Minneapolis, MN, Cathy Rice (Tim) of Peoria, IL, Steve DeWall of Des Moines and Joe DeWall of Plainfield, IL; and her siblings, Mark Gannon of Chicago, Joe Gannon of Chicago and Elaine Eral of Pocahontas. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
