He is survived by: his daughter Karla Pope Jr. (Drexel); his grandsons, Brandon Lutz, Kellan Lutz (Brittany), David Pope, Daniel Pope and Grant Theesfeld; his stepgrandson Drexel Pope (Katie); and his siblings, Belva Edmonds, Joyce Derham, Sharon Brown, George Theesfeld (Mary) and Bruce Theesfeld. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
