We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Leo James Schuttler of Pocahontas, Iowa, born in Mallard, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo James Schuttler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Schuttler and Tina Schuttler (Doyen); and his brothers, Lester, Lyle and Louis Schuttler.
He is survived by : his wife Jane Schott of Pocahontas; and his sons, Dennis Schuttler (Pam) of Algona, Kevin Schuttler (Connie) of Ankeny and Mark Schuttler (Chantel) of LeMars. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He made many quilts which he gave to his grandchildren and others and also donated a quilt for the Catholic school fundraiser every year.
