She is survived by: her children, Janet Bordwell (Richard) of Clarion, Dennis Kakacek (Karen) of Watertown, SD, Al Kakacek (Denise) of Pocahontas, Ron Kakacek (Leah) of Pocahontas, Larry Kakacek of Sioux City and Jim Kakacek (Tonia) of Pocahontas; and her siblings, Loren Wagner (Rosalita) of Des Moines, Mary Lee Phelan of Johnston and Juanita McCabe (Greg) of Johnston. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchilren; 32 great-grandchildren.
