Regina Hohnstrater Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2024, at the age of 58, Regina Hohnstrater of Polk City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Regina may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Regina touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Teson and Patricia Teson; and her brother Vernon. She is survived by: her husband Kurt; her children, Kaitlin and Beau; her sister Rhonda; and her siblings-in-law, Chris and Laura Hohnstrater. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family and friends……and of course her cat.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mission Cancer Foundation, or EveryStep Kavanagh Hospice in Des Moines, or the Animal Rescue League of Des Moines.
