It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Powers of Primghar, Iowa, born in Monona, Iowa, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Stanley and Isabel Stanley (Wright); and her husband F. Melverne Powers Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Susan (Charles Missman) of Sheldon, Frank Powers of Royal, Dr. Richard (Marlene Powers) of Medicine Hat, Alberta and Dennis (Daina Powers) of Peterson, Iowa; and her sister Ethel DeWald of Watertown.
